Photoresist Sandblasting Stencils

Sometimes, you would prefer using already made sandblasting stencils rather than prepare them by yourself. There are many reasons, most often it is lack of time, knowledge or resources. We are happy to help you and produce the photo resist masks for you.

Our sandblating stencils are made from photoresist film R3 (75 mil). We can produce a thicker stencils for deep engraving (R3 photo resist film, 125 mil) on request. Please note that sandblasting stencils are one use only and will be destroyed when sandblasting. Therefore, when placing the order for your sandblasting stencils, make sure you order enough of them. We advice to always order 5-10% percent more than needed, just in case you destroy some mask during mask application or you maybe need extra masks when your customer orders some glass additionally.

Standard format of stencil order is A4 sheet, but you can order as little as A5 sheet of stencils. If you need larger format of stencils (A3 size and larger),please see further information in section Large format sandblasting stencils. Cost of sandblasting stencils is quoted individually and we are happy to send you price quotation once we have all necessary information from you.

How can you order your own sandblasting stencils? It is very easy. Get in touch and let us know following information :

1. Logo you wish to transform into sandblasting stencil

• logo should be in vector file (black and white colour),but we can re-draw your logo if needed

2. Size and quantity

• how many stencil you need (don't forget to include extra stencils that often comes very handy)

3. Any additional information about your design

• if you want us to add some text or do any amends to your logo, let us know

What will happen next?

We will contact you and confirm the receiving of your order. If necesarry, we will ask for further information about your order to maek sure we understand what you need. Then, we will the prepare graphic proof for your sandblasting stencil order and send it to you for your approval

If the designs need any changes, we will do all necessary amends and send you new graphic preview. Once you are happy to proceed, we will produce sandblasting stencils in our sandblasting production, pack them and send in the envelope to your address.

There is only one more step left - apply the stencil on your glass and sandblast!
