Try to turn your nozzle a quarter turn every day, just add this step you’re your daily cabinet maintenance routine. This simple thing will help to avoid the nozzle wearing down unevenly.
Wet abrasive is quite a common problem. It’s caused by water condensation from the air compressor or high humidity in the room. Protect your abrasive from getting wet and make sure your abrasive remains dry.
Check your hoses and make sure they’re cut in a straight line, or 90° angle. Remember, to cut your hose with scissors is not a good idea, rather use a stanley knife which gives you sharp edge. A crooked cut will allow abrasive in the nooks and cause the nozzle holder to wear down faster.
